We at Fit For Good want your fitness journey to be one that’s fun, personal and educational. We know taking the first step can be a little scary, so we wanted to provide a little more information to help you get started.

How do I get started?
Fit For Good is more than just an app – it's a personalized fitness and nutrition system. Choose the plan that’s right for you, and sign-up through our webshop. Once you’re signed up, you will receive a new client activation email, including a link to download your app. Your certified coach will be in touch with you soon afterward to help you start your personal Fit For Good plan.
What if I don't have access to a gym?
Good news – you don’t have to have access to a gym, or have any home equipment. Our coaches design plans around your lifestyle – equipment or not, we design your plan around your personal situation.
What if I don't know the exercises in my workout plan?
Good news again – every exercise in your plan comes with a video demonstration and written instructions so you can be sure your form is correct and you’re getting the most out of your workout. If you have any questions, your coach is but a text away to help you out!
At Fit For Good, it’s our mission to help our clients adopt healthy lifestyles through activity and balanced nutrition. Our coaches are dedicated to each client’s needs and will be checking in on a regular basis to ensure our clients' programs are meeting their goals. Clients can expect regular communications through the app and the portal, and our coaches love to hear ongoing updates!
How often will I be in contact with my coach?
To start, a client’s plan will be developed for their first two weeks. Coaches and clients work together to determine how to adjust plans throughout a program so that clients are progressing, while also varying workouts to keep it fresh and fun! On average, plans are revised every two weeks.
How often will my plan change?
Fit For Good offers an all-in-one app that tracks your fitness and nutrition progress. You and your coach will work on getting your initial profile setup where you’ll complete your client assessment and set your first goals. With each workout you do and each meal you track, your app will track your progress. Your coach will be there every step of the way to help you stay motivated and ensure your plan is working to meet your goals.
How do I know if it's working?
What Other Fitness apps sync with my fit for good app?
Fit For Good helps you track your activity without a lot of extra hassle. Our app can sync with the most popular health apps: Apple Health, Google Fit, Fitbit, Runkeeper, Strava and others. Some apps may require you to initially connect to Apple Health or Google Fit to sync activity information with Fit For Good.
Challenges could be anything from sit-ups, to push-ups, to planks, to steps taken in any given amount of time. When you participate, you earn Fit For Good points and badges – and most importantly – you unlock greater donations to school children in need of fitness, health and nutrition programs.
Fitness challenges are initiated by the coaches and are open to the entire Fit For Good community. These optional challenges create a collective team activity that helps our clients do a little bit extra each week.
What are the fitness challenges? Do I have to participate?
With Fit For Good, your membership starts doing good right away. Each month, 1% of your membership fee will be donated to school projects and programs the Fit For Good team has selected. Each week, as the entire Fit For Good team completes challenges, Fit For Good will donate an extra portion of the total membership fees to the classrooms the team has selected. You’re never asked to donate more out of your own pocket, unless you choose to do so on your own.
